We are looking for a Fullstack Developer for our UK client, who specializes in psychometrics tools like personality questionnaires to enhance hiring and personnel development.
Responsibilities
- As a Fullstack Developer, you will be actively participating in coding, focusing on both backend and frontend development using modern technologies to deliver robust and user-friendly applications;
- You will be designing, coding, and testing software components, ensuring they meet functional and technical specifications;
- You will be writing high-quality, secure, and maintainable code, following best practices and adhering to organizational standards;
- You will be collaborating with Product Managers, QA, and other stakeholders, defining and prioritizing project deliverables and timelines to align with business goals;
- You will be breaking down complex requirements into technical specifications and actionable tasks, enabling seamless project execution;
- You will be participating in sprint planning, retrospectives, and continuous improvement efforts, fostering a culture of iterative development and team collaboration;
- You will be staying updated on emerging technologies and trends, ensuring the tech stack remains aligned with industry standards and business needs;
- You will be proposing new tools, libraries, and technologies to improve development efficiency, scalability, and maintainability of the platform;
- You will be troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to end-users and system operations;
- You will be supporting production deployments, debugging, and providing ongoing maintenance to ensure system stability and performance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software development, with a proven track record of hands-on coding responsibilities across multiple projects;
- Experience developing large, multi-project solutions using .Net 6+ and .Net Framework 4.7.2, showcasing your ability to handle complex enterprise systems;
- Experience building interactive and responsive web applications using React and TypeScript, enabling seamless user interactions;
- Experience working with the full stack, including Webforms, MVC, Razor Pages, and Web API, demonstrating versatility in web development;
- Experience with Microsoft Azure PAAS services, such as AppService and SqlDatabase, showcasing expertise in cloud-based application development;
- Familiarity with additional Azure services, such as FrontDoor and Azure AD B2C, which is highly desirable for handling authentication and content delivery;
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, particularly using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions, ensuring efficient and automated development workflows;
- Experience transitioning from monolithic architecture to modular monolith/vertical slices, demonstrating your ability to optimize application structure and scalability;
- Experience working with onshore and offshore teams, highlighting your ability to collaborate effectively across geographies and time zones;
- Experience with microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and serverless computing, enabling efficient and scalable software solutions;
- Expertise in database design and management, ensuring robust, efficient, and scalable data storage and retrieval solutions.
