In recent years, Directio, a Warsaw-based IT consulting and software development partner, has experienced rapid growth and today its client base extends all around the world. Within this structure, Patrycja’s relationship with Tomasz holds a special place. Patrycja’s role in the company is multifaceted. Primarily, she works with candidates during the recruitment phase and supervises the onboarding process of new employees. The second area of her involvement combines organizing team-building activities and charitable endeavors. Patrycja remarks: “I’m enthusiastic about people, and in addition to my recruitment and onboarding responsibilities, I actively pursued opportunities to drive projects related to employee engagement and CSR. Management at Directio welcomes and rewards initiative, so I got what I wanted.”

When it comes to recruitment, Patrycja, an expert builder of authentic relationships, goes beyond simply filling positions. She strives to establish long-lasting connections built on trust and mutual understanding.
