As of October 2019, the office has been up and running, our team over there providing IT support and operations services for our clients worldwide. We couldn’t be happier to have everyone on board and the future looks bright for the entire Directio team.
Once upon a time in Warsaw
Our story began back in 1997 when we were established in Warsaw as a fledgling software company with our own proprietary suite of solutions. Over the years we have learned a lot about turning an idea into an amazing piece of software, how to find and retain the best staff, how to reliably create shippable code and the incredible value of professional software testing.
We put that knowledge and experience to work, building dedicated teams for our partners to provide outstanding quality services for our clients. Soon, we started expanding on an international scale and we opened an office in Chicago (the USA). Our core services include software development solutions & testing, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), ServiceNow and Salesforce.com project management.
Location is everything and we know it!
Opening an operations services office in Asia just seemed the natural next step of our global operations. We have been planning to open an office in Manila since 2013. We understood the true potential of the Philippines as an outsourcing powerhouse and we wanted to be part of their amazing growth adventure. It was a long journey but we are extremely happy that our dream has finally become a reality.

Thanks to the time differences between our three offices, we are now able to secure 24/7 availability of our specialists, a service that is highly appreciated by our global clients.
