Responsibilities

• As Project Manager you will be understanding and complying with the defined and agreed Software Development Life Cycle, Agile Scrum and CMMI standards of the organization; 
• You will be developing Project Charter and other Project Management related documents;  
• You will be overseeing the completion of project tasks and monitoring adherence to defined project management standards;  
• You will be establishing and maintaining appropriate and timely written communications with all project stakeholders;  
• You will be improving project administration processes by identifying inefficiencies and recommending solutions;  
• You will be communicating with the project team the issues that are related to all aspects of the project that may affect schedules; 
• You will be caring out constant project evaluation and adjustment within a specific period of time to ensure that both internal and external factors do not suffer; 
• You will be satisfying project stakeholders by providing effective communication through meetings. 

Requirement

• 3+ years of experience leading cross-functional project teams in digital environments, including developers, designers, and marketing specialists; 
• 3+ years of experience working in an Agile Software Development environment; 
• Ability to work in a hybrid set up (3 day onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa and 2 day WFH) – Necessary condition; 
• Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, leveraging its cloud services for scalable and secure digital solutions, including deployment, management, and monitoring of applications in a cloud environment; 
• Proven experience in UX/UI design principles, focusing on creating intuitive and engaging user experiences, and collaborating with design teams to ensure a seamless interface that meets both user needs and business goals; 
• Proven experience in managing multiple digital projects simultaneously, with the ability to balance creative and technical requirements; 
• Strong analytical skills and digital strategy competence, with the ability to interpret data to drive project decisions;  
• Excellent communication (verbal & written) skills, with the ability to clearly convey digital concepts and strategies to both technical and non-technical audiences;   
• Continuous improvement mindset, with a focus on optimizing digital processes, user experience, and adopting the latest digital trends;  
• Ability to engage with stakeholders to understand and respond to their needs, particularly in a rapidly evolving digital landscape; 
• Proficient in managing client and stakeholder relationships, ensuring alignment with digital project goals and enhancing customer experience; 
• Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced digital environment.
