What Is eNPS and Why It Matters?

We want to make sure that our employees are happy working here, this is why we regularly conduct surveys to measure their level of satisfaction and see where is room for improvement in our activities.

eNPS stands for Employee Net Promoter Score.

We use it in our employee surveys to see if our colleagues would actively recruit their friends to work at the company, by asking them one question*:

On a scale from 0 to 10, how likely are you to recommend working at Directio to a friend or a colleague?

Our Directio eNPS score is 60 and we could not be more proud!

*The score scale is 0 to 100, where: 0 to 10 is a poor score, 10 to 20 is good/average, and anything above 20 is excellent.
