Account Manager

Country: Philippines | Work Location: Remotely

Salary: 100,000 – 125,000 PHP

We are looking for an Account Manager for our multinational client, who specializes in developing marketplaces and systems aimed at lowering the costs of IT products. They emphasize transparency, price comparison, and real-time delivery options. 

Responsibilities

  • As Account Manager you will be serving as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters; 
  • You will be building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships;  
  • You will be negotiating contracts and close agreements to maximize profits; 
  • You will be developing trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsor; 
  • You will be ensuring the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives; 
  • You will be communicating the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders; 
  • You will be developing new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas; 
  • You will be forecasting and tracking key account metrics; 
  • You will be preparing reports on account status; 
  • You will be collaborating with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory; 
  • You will be assisting with challenging client requests or issue escalations. 

Requirement

  • 5+ years experience as Account Manager; 
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization; 
  • Solid experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office; 
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs; 
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail; 
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities; 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
