We are looking for a Business Analyst for our client from the Philippines, who specializes in developing and implementing systems and applications to increase operational efficiency. They create an environment by providing responsive IT services, solutions, and innovations that positively impact the lives of companies.
Responsibilities
- As Business Analyst you will be collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into data requirements;
- You will be analyzing and interpreting complex datasets to identify key insights and trends that support business objectives;
- You will be serving in the development of reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel to present data findings;
- You will be working closely with IT and data teams to ensure data quality and accuracy across systems;
- You will be conducting data modeling, forecasting, and predictive analysis to inform business decisions;
- You will be identifying opportunities for process improvement through data analysis and propose solutions;
- You will be ensuring proper documentation of data sources, methodologies, and analysis processes;
- You will be providing ongoing support and training to business users on data-related tools and best practices.
Requirement
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with a strong focus on data analysis, ensuring the ability to derive insights and support decision-making processes;
- Ability to work onsite at the office in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig – a necessary condition;
- Proficiency in data visualization and analytics tools, allowing you to translate data into actionable insights;
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or SQL, showcasing your ability to work with leading tools for data analysis and reporting;
- Ability to communicate complex data findings clearly and concisely to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring that insights are understood and actionable;
- Strong organizational skills, with the capacity to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously;
- Familiarity with industry-specific technology systems, enabling efficient data gathering and innovative problem-solving;
- Willingness to report onsite as needed, ensuring flexibility in meeting team and project requirements.
Nice to have
- Experience with data modeling, contributing to improved database structures and data flow efficiency;
- Experience with data governance, ensuring compliance and quality control within data management processes.

- Salary for work amounting to 45,000 – 52,000 PHP;
