We are looking for a Business Project Manager for our Philippines client, who specializes in providing industry-leading IT solutions and services, empowering organizations to enhance their business outcomes through innovative technology.
Responsibilities
- As Business Project Manager you will be engaging with stakeholders to ensure their business needs and expectations are met throughout the project implementation process, fostering strong relationships and effective communication;
- You will be planning user adoption strategies and overseeing the seamless integration of JIRA workflows, ensuring that users are prepared and supported during transitions;
- You will be monitoring project performance through the development and tracking of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess efficiency and project progress;
- You will be developing comprehensive project plans using modern project management tools to ensure that client expectations are met with precision and attention to detail;
- You will be determining timescales, resources, and budget estimates, ensuring that project timelines are realistic and align with available resources and financial plans;
- You will be addressing problems proactively and adapting project plans to accommodate changes that arise during the project lifecycle, maintaining project momentum and minimizing risks;
- You will be collaborating closely with the senior management team, providing updates and insights that support informed decision-making and strategic alignment.
Requirement
- 5+ years experience of project management experience, focusing on business process improvements and IT project implementations;
- Ability to work onsite at the office in Barangay San Antonio, Pasig – a necessary condition;
- Proven ability to align JIRA/JSM implementations with strategic business objectives, ensuring that the tool is leveraged effectively for process optimization;
- Experience in process mapping and integrating business workflows into JIRA/JSM, supporting seamless project execution and workflow transparency;
- Expertise in stakeholder management, with the capability to bridge the gap between business and technical teams, fostering effective communication and collaboration;
- Experience in Agile environments, with a deep understanding of Agile principles and methodologies that enable adaptive and iterative project delivery;
- Obtained Agile certification, demonstrating formal training and expertise in Agile methodologies and practices;
- Strong experience in change management, leading organizational transformation projects to guide teams and departments through successful change adoption.
Nice to have
- Change management certification, which would demonstrate formal training and expertise in leading and implementing change initiatives effectively.

- Salary for work amounting to 65,000 – 85,000 PHP;
- Monthly transportation allowance of ₱4,000;
