Responsibilities

• As a DevOps Engineer, you will be designing, implementing, and managing CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Bitbucket Pipeline, ensuring smooth and automated deployment processes; 
• You will be maintaining and optimizing Azure Cloud Services, managing services including Azure App Services, Azure Database, API Management, Storage Accounts, and Azure Active Directory, to ensure reliability and scalability;  
• You will be monitoring and improving system reliability, security, and performance by implementing logging, alerting, and automated scaling strategies, enhancing overall system stability;  
• You will be managing Azure DevOps repositories and branching strategies, ensuring efficient version control and collaboration across development teams;  
• You will be enforcing security best practices by managing identity, access control, and compliance standards within Azure, maintaining a secure cloud environment;  
• You will be troubleshooting deployment failures, infrastructure issues, and performance bottlenecks, ensuring minimal downtime and optimizing system performance;  
• You will be collaborating with development teams to improve software deployment and operational processes, fostering DevOps best practices; 
• You will be managing Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights, using these tools for performance monitoring and troubleshooting to proactively address system issues; 
• You will be optimizing costs and resource utilization for cloud-based applications, ensuring cost-effective and efficient cloud solutions; 
• You will be documenting DevOps workflows, system architecture, and best practices, creating reference materials for development and operations teams. 

Requirement

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps or Cloud Engineering, demonstrating hands-on expertise in cloud and automation workflows; 
• Work in a hybrid set up (3 days onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa and 2 days WFH) – Necessary condition; 
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, including Pipelines, Repos, and Artifacts, ensuring streamlined CI/CD workflows; 
• Expertise in CI/CD pipeline development and automated deployments, enabling rapid and reliable software releases;  
• Experience with Azure cloud services, including Azure App Services, Azure Kubernetes Service, Azure Functions, Azure SQL, and Storage Accounts, showcasing expertise in cloud infrastructure; 
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools, such as Terraform, Bicep, or ARM Templates, ensuring automated infrastructure provisioning; 
• Proficiency in scripting languages like PowerShell, Bash, or Python, enabling automation of routine DevOps tasks;  
• Experience with containerization technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes, ensuring scalable microservices-based architectures; 
• Knowledge of security best practices for cloud environments, including role-based access control, managed identities, and Key Vault, securing cloud applications;  
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools like Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Prometheus, ensuring proactive system monitoring;  
• Strong experience with Git version control and branching strategies, enabling efficient code management and collaboration;  
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to quickly resolve production incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. 

Nice to have

• Familiarity with App Store or Microsoft Partner programs, providing additional expertise in cloud-based application deployment; 
• Certification in Microsoft Azure DevOps Engineer Expert or Azure Administrator Associate, validating expertise in cloud and DevOps best practices.

• Salary for work amounting to 95,000 – 105,000 PHP;
