L2 Application Support (Intune)

Country: Philippines | Work Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa

Salary: 60,000 – 70,000 PHP

We are looking for an L2 Application Support for our French client, who deals with the production of various types of glasses as well as cooperation with opticians. Their mission is to improve the quality of life by improving the quality of vision.

Responsibilities

  • As Application Support you will be performing antivirus and encryption management tasks;
  • You will be maintaining current knowledge of available patches;
  • You will be ensuring that patches are installed properly;
  • You will be testing new releases of products to ensure compatibility and minimize user impact;
  • You will be troubleshooting and implementating of solution in conjunction with vendor and third-party support within the applicable technology platform;
  • You will be recommending and implementing system enhancements that will improve the performance and reliability of the system in upgrading/patching;
  • You will be developing and documenting technical processes and procedures;
  • You will be complaining KPI Reporting on an agreed interval;
  • You will be reporting on administration and project progress to the ISS Team Leader, Delivery Manager and Infrastructure Head.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with in system administration and troubleshooting;
  • Work in a hybrid set up (3 day onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa and 2 day WFH) – Necessary condition;
  • Experience in managing disk encryption using BitLocker;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Defender for threat protection and the ability to configure and manage this tool;
  • Experience in managing operating system and application updates and patches – especially Modern Desktop, InTune, SSCM, WSUS, Ivanti, and BigFix;
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms Azure and AWS;
  • Experience in administering Windows and RedHat servers;
  • Knowledge of the Windows operating system at an administrative level;
  • Knowledge of virtualization technologies;
  • Experience working with Dell and Cisco UCS servers;
  • Familiarity with data storage solutions;
  • Experience in managing backups and data recovery;
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure monitoring tools;
  • Experience working with ticketing systems.
