Project Manager (Infrastructure)

Salary: 65,000 – 75,000 PHP

We are looking for a Project Manager for our French client, who specializes in producing various types of glasses and collaborating with opticians. Their mission is to enhance the quality of life by improving the quality of vision.

Responsibilities

  • As Project Manager you will be understanding and complying with the defined and agreed Software Development Life Cycle, Agile Scrum and CMMI standards of the organization; 
  • You will be developing Project Charter and other Project Management related documents;  
  • You will be overseeing the completion of project tasks and monitoring adherence to defined project management standards;  
  • You will be establishing and maintaining appropriate and timely written communications with all project stakeholders;  
  • You will be improving project administration processes by identifying inefficiencies and recommending solutions;  
  • You will be communicating with the project team the issues that are related to all aspects of the project that may affect schedules; 
  • You will be caring out constant project evaluation and adjustment within a specific period of time to ensure that both internal and external factors do not suffer; 
  • You will be satisfying project stakeholders by providing effective communication through meetings. 

Requirement

  • 3+ years of experience leading project teams, particularly in the field of IT infrastructure or related technical environments; 
  • 3+ years of experience working in an Agile Software Development environment; 
  • Ability to work in a hybrid set up (3 day onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa and 2 day WFH) – Necessary condition; 
  • Proven ability to manage multiple IT infrastructure projects simultaneously, balancing resource allocation, timelines, and deliverables effectively; 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex technical environments and propose effective solutions;  
  • Excellent communication (verbal & written) skills, with the ability to present complex technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders;   
  • Continuous improvement mindset, with a focus on optimizing IT infrastructure processes and adopting best practices;  
  • Ability to engage with stakeholders to understand and anticipate their needs, particularly in a rapidly changing technological environment; 
  • Experience in managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project goals and customer expectations; 
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment. 

We Offer

  • Salary for work amounting to 65,000 – 75,000 PHP;

  • ₱3,600 de minimis monthly non-taxable allowance;
