We are looking for a Fullstack Developer for our French client, who specializes in producing various types of glasses and collaborating with opticians. Their mission is to enhance the quality of life by improving the quality of vision.
Responsibilities
- As Fullstack Developer you will be participating in the development and maintenance of platform features, ensuring high-quality deliverables that align with business objectives;
- You will be implementing user stories in Jira, completing tasks promptly to support sprint goals and timelines;
- You will be identifying opportunities for improving the system, including its architecture and codebase, contributing to enhanced performance and maintainability;
- You will be participating in Agile ceremonies, such as estimation sessions, daily standups, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives, ensuring effective team collaboration and continuous improvement;
- You will be updating Jira stories and tasks to reflect accurate statuses, supporting transparent communication and progress tracking;
- You will be providing accurate estimates and timelines for tasks and projects, working closely with business owners to align expectations with deliverables;
- You will be troubleshooting and resolving defects identified by the QA team or customers, ensuring timely fixes and improved user experiences;
- You will be collaborating with the product owner to understand requirements, clarify scope, and ensure alignment with project objectives;
- You will be nurturing a culture of team excellence, promoting openness, transparency, and close collaboration within the team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with .NET, demonstrating expertise in developing scalable, efficient, and maintainable backend solutions;
- 4+ years of experience with SQL Server, showcasing proficiency in database design, querying, and optimization for robust data handling;
- 1+ year of experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, enabling you to contribute to user-facing features and frontend functionality;
- 1+ year of experience with React or TypeScript, highlighting your ability to build dynamic and type-safe frontend applications;
- Work in a hybrid set up (3 days onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa and 2 days WFH) – Necessary condition;
- Willingness to learn new patterns and technologies, demonstrating a proactive attitude toward professional growth and adaptability in a fast-evolving tech environment;
- Knowledge of good software practices, including testing, version control, and foundational principles like Don’t Repeat Yourself, ensuring clean and efficient code;
- Understanding of web fundamentals, such as HTTP protocols, response codes, REST, and calling APIs, equipping you to handle integration and web service development;
- Knowledge of .NET best practices, including SOLID principles, Dependency Injection, and Unit Testing, enabling you to write robust and maintainable code;
- Familiarity with emerging concepts and thought leadership in software development, keeping you ahead of industry trends and best practices;
- Good communication skills in English, ensuring clear and effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders;
- Ability to document and explain technical details clearly and concisely, supporting transparency and knowledge sharing within the team.

- Salary for work amounting to 85,000 – 100,000 PHP;
