Salary: 25,000 – 26,500 PLN on B2B or 19,000 – 20,000 PLN
on contract
We are looking for a Fullstack Developer to work on a project for a Swedish company that develops a tool for creating and scaling advertising banners to various sizes, formats and publishing them through external suppliers.
Responsibilities
- As Fullstack Developer you will be developing and deploying backend and frontend services with a strong focus on performance, scalability, and high availability, ensuring that the platform is reliable and responsive for users across various environments;
- You will be collaborating within small, agile cross-functional teams, where continuous learning, open communication, and shared ownership are key to delivering value quickly and effectively;
- You will be using the latest technologies and industry best practices to build robust and maintainable solutions that solve real-world problems for customers at scale;
- You will be taking full operational responsibility for the services you develop, including participating in an on-call rotation if needed, and ensuring that services remain stable, secure, and well-monitored in production;
- You will be building creative and efficient solutions, actively contributing to architectural decisions and continuously sharing your knowledge with your team to promote technical excellence;
- You will be contributing to and shaping your team’s way of working, including suggesting improvements to workflows, tools, or processes to ensure maximum productivity and collaboration;
- You will be directly involved in improving the Client’s SaaS platform, enhancing both backend logic and frontend usability to support business growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a software engineer, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality products in a professional development environment;
- Strong expertise in .NET and C#, including hands-on experience building modern web applications and APIs;
- Strong frontend development skills using TypeScript or frameworks like Angular, allowing you to contribute to user interface and user experience improvements;
- Experience working with MongoDB, including data modeling, performance tuning, and integration with applications;
- Experience with Azure cloud services and Kubernetes, demonstrating your ability to work with scalable cloud-native applications and containerized environments;
- Strong sense of ownership and personal accountability, with a proactive mindset toward resolving issues, improving codebases, and driving innovation;
- Passion for mentoring and coaching team members, helping junior developers grow and promoting a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement;
- Genuine interest in staying up to date with the latest technologies, frameworks, and development practices, and applying them to improve product quality and team efficiency;
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken, ensuring smooth collaboration in a diverse and distributed team.

- Salary for work amounting to 25 000 - 26 500 PLN on B2B or 19 000 – 20 000 PLN on employment contract;
