Salary: 70,000 – 80,000 PHP
We are looking for a Senior Manual QA for our French client, who deals with the production of various types of glasses as well as cooperation with opticians. Their mission is to improve the quality of life by improving the quality of vision.
Responsibilities
- As Senior Manual QA you will be understanding and complying with the defined and agreed Software Development Life Cycle and CMMI standards of the organization;
- You will be understanding various approaches used in testing;
- You will be creating test effort estimation based on the provided requirements for small to large sized projects;
- You will be developing effective test strategies and plans. Creates a Master Test Plan;
- You will be reviewing Test Cases and Test Scripts written by any team members;
- You will be writing Test Cases and Test Scripts, Creates Test Data and Requirement Traceability Matrix;
- You will be testing and certifying software defect fixes and new functionality;
- You will be executing functional, application and regression tests for software releases;
- You will be conducting needed audit to ensure compliance to the procedures in CMMI;
- You will be preparing and submitting of needed reports;
- You will be coordinating with other team members of the applications development and support;
- You will be mentoring and Guiding Manual Quality Analyst I and II.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in Quality Assurance or testing;
- 1+ year experience with SQL Scripting;
- Work in a hybrid set up (3 day onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa and 2 day WFH) – Necessary condition;
- Experience with API Testing;
- Experience with automation testing;
- Experience with writing test cases and test scripts;
- Experience with creating a Master test plan;
- Understand of Test Design Techniques, QA methodologies and SDLC – Waterfall and Agile;
- Deep knowledge of QA testing tools, different test approaches, standards and process;
- Experience in leading a QA team in small to medium sized projects;
- Experience in various system development environment.
Nice to have
- Exposure in business operations related to manufacturing, distribution and financial operations;
- Obtained ISTQB Testing Certificate.
