Responsibilities

• As a Senior RPA Developer you will be collaborating with business stakeholders to analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for automation, ensuring alignment with business objectives; 
• You will be designing and documenting RPA solutions, mapping out process automation strategies that meet business requirements and efficiency goals; 
• You will be developing and implementing robotic process automation solutions using industry-leading RPA tools such as UiPath, ensuring scalability and performance;  
• You will be writing, testing, and maintaining efficient automation scripts, ensuring the reliability and accuracy of RPA workflows; 
• You will be integrating RPA solutions with existing systems and applications, collaborating with development teams to streamline operations; 
• You will be conducting thorough testing of RPA implementations, identifying potential issues and ensuring quality before deployment; 
• You will be troubleshooting and resolving technical issues encountered during development, testing, and production phases; 
• You will be producing detailed documentation for automated processes, ensuring clear guidelines for future enhancements and maintenance; 
• You will be tracking project progress, monitoring tasks and milestones necessary for successful RPA deployment; 
• You will be analyzing and optimizing existing workflows, identifying areas for improvement to enhance process efficiency; 
• You will be ensuring continuous communication with stakeholders, providing progress updates, managing risks, and addressing concerns proactively; 
• You will be maintaining daily monitoring of service deliverables, ensuring consistent quality in automation operations; 
• You will be preparing and submitting reports, documenting RPA performance metrics and operational insights; 
• You will be ensuring business continuity by flexibly assisting team members, providing support as needed to maintain workflow efficiency; 
• You will be expanding knowledge in business processes and IT-related automation strategies, continuously improving expertise in RPA solutions; 
• You will be mentoring and training junior developers, sharing technical knowledge and best practices to enhance the capabilities of the automation team. 

Requirement

• 4+ years of experience in software development or automation, demonstrating strong programming and workflow optimization skills; 
• 2+ years of hands-on experience as an RPA Developer, showcasing expertise in designing and implementing automation solutions; 
• Work in a hybrid set up (3 days onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa and 2 days WFH) – Necessary condition; 
• Strong expertise in designing and implementing UiPath automation solutions, including workflow development, exception handling, and data manipulation;  
• Experience with Optical Character Recognition and document understanding, ensuring the ability to automate document processing;  
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, enabling quick identification and resolution of process inefficiencies; 
• Ability to document and explain technical details clearly and concisely, ensuring clarity for development teams and stakeholders. 

Nice to have

• Good knowledge of AI/ML concepts, including natural language processing, computer vision, and predictive analytics, demonstrating an understanding of advanced automation techniques; 
• Experience integrating AI/ML algorithms with RPA workflows, enhancing the automation capabilities of business processes; 
• UiPath certification, validating expertise in RPA development and best practices.

• Salary for work amounting to 90,000 – 100,000 PHP;
